I was 39 weeks and 6 days scheduled to be induced tonight at 10pm this morning started out like any other I slept good( thankfully!) woke up around 4:00 to take my husband to work on the way I felt a lot of pressure but that wasn’t new at this point 😩 I drop him off come home to make me and the kids breakfast half way through cooking I start getting horrible contractions It hurt so bad !! With my first two my water broke before any pain and I was already at the hospital for pain meds by the time o did get them so this was new for me . I finish marking breakfast eat as fast as I can throw the kids in the bath and start on the dishes and cleaning sweeping and mopping through out this the contractions get worse so we head to the hospital my baby’s were so helpful with helping me with the bags and car seat witch is pretty heavy for a 6 year old lol we get here and I’m contracting ever 6 min and 6 cm dilated by this time I’m by myself with two busy body kids on the worse pain I ever felt !!! Literally crying I call my mom she gets to the hospital I send her to get my husband thankfully she takes the kids they tell me if I want the epidural I need it now I got it a little later my husband and mom show back up I send him home to take a shower and I’m talking to my mom and i hear and feel a lake pouring out of me 😭my water broke they check me and tell me I’m at a 10 and she had pooped 😣but we can wait for my husband to show up since he left a good 30 min ago and we live right up the street ok so he finally makes it and this man is moving at snail pace my mom sees him through the window he is repacking the truck walking around outside with the kids 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ finally makes it up and three pushes later she is here it happened so fast !! I came in at 8am and was pushing by 12 She was my biggest one yet at 8 pounds 2oz it was so painful and my stomach is still cramping with each feeding but we are so in love !
