Touched out by puppy and toddler

I’m about to lose my fucking mind. I got a dog and he’s a year old yet acts like a little puppy still. He is following me around and licks or bites my ankles and if I sit down he gets on top of me and licks me constantly Or tries to bite my arms and elbows. It’s starting to really bother me because I’m so sick of being touched between him and my toddler. The licks feel like pushpins because it’s so irritating. I am working on training him as I work with dogs but I can’t stand the constant touching licking and following me around. They both just follow me and cry and whine if I don’t give them attention itslike I have two kids! Sometimes I just lose my shit and snap or yell at either of them and feel awful after..

How do you deal with being “touched our”?

Also my 2 year old only sleeps 9 pm- 5 am so I don’t get much of a break...and I realize I signed up for this when I got a dog I just didn’t expect him to be AS needy as he is I need help dealing with the constant touching mentally as I train him which isn’t really working out I get so frustrated with him as I said I end up yelling or shoving him away from me because I just cannot handle it!!!! I just wish he’d disappear!

And as someone that works with dogs it’s crazy I even feel like this but I can’t handle the constant mouthing licking biting touching I just want to throw him outside sometimes and not let him back in. (I would never do this but these are the thoughts i have when he won’t leave me alone and my toddler is screaming and crying at the same time)
