Having a baby was the last thing on my mind

Having a baby was the last thing on my mind. My husband and I have 3 daughters and for the last two years everyone has been on us about trying again for a boy. My husband loves our girls but I can see the sadness in his eyes when he's around the boys at church. I had my mirena removed over a year ago because of health issues and I decided that I didn't want to go on any other birth control medication. I found out yesterday after having pregnancy symptoms for weeks. Thought AF was coming but it's a baby Instead. Praying for a healthy pregnancy. Thank you God
