PLEASE HELP! Late period or implantation bleeding?

I’m currently 3 days late according to the app. ( estimated 28th-29th of July) I’ve been having period like cramps for a couple of days. This morning I had this strong cramp and I felt like I was leaking and I checked and it was red blood. little clots , fairly heavy and looked like a normal period so of course I was excited to get it. I wore a pad, it filled the pad but I feel like it dried quickly (if that makes sense lol) there wasn’t any fresh blood, I should say. I came home about an hour ago and went to the restroom and saw this (warning tmi) it looks lighter in color than from the blood this morning which has me confused, please help !

Another side-note : Day two of my period is usually the heaviest so maybe I’m just overthinking. I took a couple of pregnancy tests a few days back and they were all negative, maybe I took them too early ? I estimate I’m about 14DPO, I have a few tracking app that has different days for ovulation (I logged this as my period day 1 eagerly thinking it was AF)
