Anxiety calming techniques?
So I have pretty bad anxiety, and I have been dealing with it since I’ve been in kindergarten! I just find the calming techniques don’t really work for me and I just let the anxiety happen and just wait it out till it passes. I would like to know your guys techniques or tricks or anything you do to help calm yourself down when experiencing anxiety, for me something that does actually help is writing my feelings, and turning it into poetry, sounds lame but it really helps, comment what techniques help you calm down with experiencing anxiety.
I hope that I can try some of these and maybe it can help a few others too!
