Sharp pains

I am 14 weeks pregnant and this morning I went to the bathroom and thought I had to do #2. So I tried and nothing happened, joys of pregnancy constipation. I thought I felt a gas vubble but still nothing. So I layed back in bed. Then from out of no where I began to feel these really sharp, take your breath away pains. I thought it was a sign I should go to the bathroom but it didnt let up. the pain continued and went away and came right back. Did this a few times and then stopped. It left it sore down there. So I tried to find my doctors phone number and it came again, less then before but still

Sharp. I got ahold of the nurse. She told me to take it easy and drink a lot of water. So I called my boss to let him know I don't know if I will be calling off yet or not but told him the situation as much as possible because I broke down. Fearful of another miscarriage. I am so nervous. Now I am laying on my left side in bed drinking water. I just need to see if anyone has had the same situation. Thank you ladies
