Someone with similar experience or knows what is happening ???

Okay so I am ONLY 9 weeks and 5 days pregnant today, so I'm a bit confused. But when me and my partner are having intercourse, I felt this weird hardish lump thing moving up and down on my left side but it was about the same height as my belly button maybe a bit lower. This has happened a few times but instead it's been in the middle bellow my belly button. I thought it might be my uterus but I'm not sure as of how high up it was ? And I only felt a lump on my left side this time I tried feeling in the middle n right side but nothing ? It was really uncomfortable. Please help
