Feeling kinda defeated.
I’ve been dieting and moderately exercising for 10 days now. Drinking 80-120 oz of water a day. Staying under 1200 cal. And I’ve only lost 5 pounds. I was 200 and now I’m 195. I lost the 5 pounds in the first week and now I’m stuck. Scales not budging. Any tips? Ugh..
