Feeling down
Good afternoon everyone. I'm going through a bit of a rough spot currently. I'm starting to get annoyed with my weight and size....I've always had a problem with myself before I had my son, then after he was born in was finally happy with my body...now I'm starting to be uncomfortable. I was 160lbs 2 years ago before I got pregnant with our little girl(sadly, we lost her) then I was roughly 207lbs when I got pregnant with my son who is now 7 months and I'm still hovering around the 207 mark.....I was down to 190lbs but have shot back up.....I have what feels like zero energy or drive to start working out again. I want to try keto, but I have no idea of how or what to do. All the things I read just confused me even more. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get some energy and motivation to shed some of this weight?
