I normally have sex to jumpstart my period. I track it and know when it’s supposed to start and if I’m on that day then sex will normally kick it in gear and the flow will start. Buttt I need to start my birth control patch today because I don’t want to have to change it on saturdays since we are always busy on the weekends so, can masturbating accomplish the same thing? I feel so stupid asking this but I swear the sex jumpstarts my cycle (I’m not sure why honestly but we have rough sex as well as don’t use protection we basically use NFP so maybe that has something to do with it?) idk anyways I need it to start by tonight so I can put my first patch on haha help!
