Fuck you very much **RANT**
I was on Facebook when I saw a post about how men carry sperm so women shouldn't complain about carrying babies for 9 months. It's a stupid joke, but I went on to comment about how if any man would like to take my spot right now having just had a c-section. A guy, who has nevee carried a baby nor given birth, goes on to reply to me saying on his wife had a c-section it was so easy for her and that c-section births are the "easy way out" and that I don't have a say until I have a natural birth. To anyone who agrees that c-sections are the easy way out, let me just say, FUCK YOU. Yes we don't go through labor for hours but we get cut open, stitched up and have to heal ourselves back all while having to take care of a newborn. Having had 2 c-sections now myself I would rather have a natural birth. My recovery this time around though easier has still been a challenge. I'm still experiencing pain and can't get up on my own. I'm hunched from the wincing pain wherever I try to walk and I have to have someone help me get my baby when he starts crying. No women's birth is less than the others. For someone woman or especially male to make a female feel less deserving because she was unable to have a baby natural is beyond ignorant and wrong. I then replied to him that he should say the same thing to mothers who don't choose c-sections but have c-sections because their babies life is endangered and it's their only option to save them. As in my case, that's what happened and was out of my control. I became depressed from not being able to have my first son naturally and to tell me it's the easy way out just boils my blood. All women deserve a round of applause for going through what we go through to bring these little ones into the world. Natural or c-section. We're all mom's after the day is done and no one's exprience makes you more or less of a mother.
