I got the Depo at the hospital after the nurses and a doctor hounded me about how I needed to to avoid getting pregnant before I could decide on something else. I was too sleep deprived to argue it was literally 6hours after my daughter was born and I hadn't slept yet. So I agreed and got it. Now it's making me nauseous, I'm 7 weeks post partum and still having spotting and horrible cramping multiple times a day. At my 6 week pp appointment he doctor confirmed some women spot the entire time they're on the Depo shot. Great right? It won't wear off until mid September. It comes and goes. It might stop a day and come back. The cramps have gotten really sharp and intense when I do have them, and for the past week Ive noticed when I wipe tiny pieces of pink/white tissue. You ever accidentally bite your cheek and end up with a tiny chunk of your cheek bitten out? It's like that. The bits are little, no bigger than like a single key on my phone's keyboard.i only notice them after Ive had the bad cramping and hey come out with bright red blood and clear mucus. I'm not sure what it is but I'm kind of worried, Ive noticed four of these little bits of flesh within a week, I see them on the toilet paper or in my pad, I don't have ANY clotting at all. It's all very liquidy bright to darkish red spotting. Has anyone else been on Depo or just post partum in general and had his happen? I'll call my doctor on Monday and ask about it, but I figured I'd ask here too just to see if anyone else knows what could be happening. I didn't take pictures of the little bits of flesh, I suppose i should have, but if it happens again I will to show the doctor.
