How do I deal with my nausea?

I am only 4 weeks pregnant but my nausea is overwhelming! I am okay only when I'm laying down. The second I get up I'm running to the bathroom. Do you ladies have any advise for dealing with this? I wasn't able to go to work today because I haven't been able to find anything that helps other than laying down.

What have you tried so far? A combo B6 and Unisom tabs works wonders - that's a common combo suggested by ob's. Water with lemon, sour candies, ginger anything,  sea sickness bands, and bland starchy food work well too.
