I have about a week until I'm supposed to actually be on my period, but I've been bleeding lightly for 6ish days now. It's been different than normal bleeding though, I thought maybe the lining was being shed but it's come with like a thick mucus (I mean producing a lot of it), pink or brownish blood threaded in and I've passed what I'm assuming are clots every time I go to the bathroom... Today it got heavy all of a sudden at random with heavy cramping. Fairly normal? I have PCOS and I started to take vitex + saw palmetto for about 4-5 days while on the pill before I realized it did no good till I get off the pill... Could it just be that? Also losing weight and been pretty dedicated to working out daily, so I'm not sure if I've just got my hormones in a twist or if I need to bug my OB? 🤦‍♀️
