Yeast infection at 38weeks

What helps besides this 2pill antibiotic my Dr gave me to make sure it doesnt come back? Do panty liners make you prone to getting them? I wear them and change them out 3x a day for discharge that's watery. Dr checked me and said its from hormones not my waters.
