Ok, so I am 33 weeks and I’m pretty sure I have a hemorrhoid and it’s super swollen and extremely uncomfortable 😩

I found this balm online (just got it in the mail today) and so far it helps with instant relief but is there a way to make them go away or the swelling to go down?

I don’t know how I can handle it for another 7 weeks or so if the pain doesn’t go down. I have a desk job too so sitting most of the day 😒

Any tips or things that help?
