Genetic testing

Doctor confirmed today that I am a carrier of CF. My dad is as well, my mom & oldest bro aren’t. Not sure about my other two siblings. Our cousin passed away from CF when she was 10 years old, so it’s always been a scary thing to think about. Husband got his blood drawn today so now we wait to see if he’s a carrier. I know there’s only a 25% chance of our baby having CF even if he is a carrier, and there’s a ton of medical advances now, but it’s been a rough day finding out even though I knew there was a 50/50 chance of me being a carrier already. We are blessed that that’s the only thing that came back as positive. Just anxious and worried about the baby we already love so much.
