So perez hilton posted this photo. How do you feel

I dont personally understand why people are so upset about this picture. I bath with my 3yr old son sometimes and will stop when he starts asking questions about my body. But he does not even pay attention to me he plays while I shower then I wash him and we get out.. not a big deal to me..
