Hey ladies!!! It has been a while since i have been active on here, back story my husband and I have been together 11yrs. We have has 3 miscarriages in the last 5yrs. My last miscarriage was last Sunday:(. I was never one to think i needed to tract my ovulation and ck for CM annnnd alllll that fun stuff. But after what happened last week, I decided to go ahead get on the “planning train” ALL THE WAY. My dr is running some blood work just to ck all my hormone leverls, ultrasound, ive also ordered ovulation test HCG test aaannnddd kinda excites to try but the “fertility tea”. Sooooo ladies any tips or ideas that have helped you all during the process?
