Its begun.. 😭

I just had my baby about 2 months ago and i thought i got lucky enough because it didn't occur then until now.. The hair loss has begun 😭 im shedding everywhere does anyone know why this happens? I have medium length hair and want to cut it shorter to help give my hair a more volume look would it help a little?
