It's from sweat and getting hot. They are like water blisters. Just try and keep his neck cool and clean. It will go away.

I breastfeed and during my feedings I use a Hakka... Sometimes I don’t get very much out, and I’m talking less than 1ml and to me that seems pointless to save in a breast milk bag since my LO eats around 3oz... so I take that little bit of milk and put it in a breast milk container and save it until I give my LO a bath. I usually bath her every other day, so whenever I’m making her bath I add in the breast milk to her bath water. Ive been doing this for about a month, and I’ve seen no sign of baby acne/rashes. She used to get it around her neck and cheeks, but ever since I started doing this, her skin has been so smooth and soft. If you have a small amount of breast milk that you can spare I would give it a shot🤷🏻‍♀️
