Exhaustion and the gym
I just found out I was pregnant last week! I usually go to the gym 3-5 days a week and lift weights and do cardio. I just got done with a cardio session and it felt 20 TIMES HARDER. Anyone else feel this? I’m definitely wanting to continue my gym routine and just modify some things, but wondering how long this exhaustion lasts? Symptoms are already starting, but I’m so thankful I’m pregnant!
