Do I call 111 or go to a&e??

Question

I'm 14 weeks pregannt and for the last 4 hours I've had:
. stomach pains 
. tightening feeling in stomach 
.shortage of breath 
.constant dizziness 
I have causing a scene and people thinking I'm over reacting but I'm worried. 
What shall I do? Ring 111 or just go to a&e

All except the dizziness are normal pregnancy symptoms, are you maybe dehydrated?

I’d go straight to emergency if you have someone who can take you right now

Update- was in a&e for 8 hours. Bloods looked fine nothing causing the baby any harm. Had some tests for my heart as I was getting chest pains and all fine. They said they aren't sure what it is but I'm happy as long as no harm to me or baby. If it carries on then I have to go back but this morning I've felt okay just a little dizzy x

Sounds like dehydration yes go to emergency

You might want to go get checked just to be safe. (Kind of sounds like contractions/preterm labor 😬) Make sure they actually check you.

I've rang 111 and I'm waiting for a call back or an ambulance...

Is there a nurse line for your GP? Might warrant an emergency visit.
