How long does it take to move on after a breakup?

It’s been not even a week for me since it happened but I feel like I need love. Idk I’ve been tempted to just keep my head up and get back out there and try again but I feel it’s too soon? 
Anyone else feel this way?

Level of attachment
Length of relationship
Why did it end
Who ended it
Was it amicable or nasty
There’s no rugby or wrong amount of time. However if you feel it’s taking up too much of your time and mind then you can talk to someone about it

I never got over my husband after I left him. We’ve came back together and canceled the divorce. But with my ex before I never fully got over him for almost a year because I kept sleeping with him like a dumbass.

I was with my ex for 8+ years, and started dating my husband less than a month (probably 2 weeks) after we broke up. But, my ex and my relationship was done way before we officially broke up.. and I was best friends with my husband, who I knew had a huge crush one me.. so it worked for us.
There’s no set in stone timeline for getting over break ups. If you feel ready, then you’re ready. If you just need rebounds, then go for it.. have fun!
