My LO is 6 months old and we've moved him into his cot a week ago now, because hes way too big for his moses basket and he's doing amazing!

We don't have the space in our bedroom for his cot so it's in his own room next to ours.

However, I'm really struggling to let myself fall asleep because he's not next to me.

I've been exclusively breastfeeding for the first 6 months and co-sleeping sometimes.

Any mama's out there that have any advice on how to cope?
