Help!
Back labor....how do you know if you’re experiencing it? I’m a first time mom so i have no clue!
Around 1:30 today my whole lower back started cramping really bad. Kind of wrapped around into my lower abdomen. It lasted for maybe 30 minutes or so. Now it’s 5:30 and it’s happening again.
