stress can take a toll on your cycle, as well as lack of water. i tend to ALWAYS be late on my period. the one week i chugged gallons of water, literally, i started my period on time. unless you’re sexually active, you should be good

Well if you had sex, take a pregnancy test. If negative, go to a doctor and say that you missed your period and could be pregnant. They'll likely give you a blood test

Its not necessarily a bad thing but if there’s a chance of pregnancy take a test. Otherwise something else is throwing off your cycle.
