Dr Appt Rant

My life is ultra busy and fitting the dr appts in has been REALLY hard! It's my fourth pregnancy and I'm pretty healthy and so waiting 1-3 HOURS in an office to have someone do things i could do by myself is so frustrating! Not to mention the receptionist is new and messes things up often.

Well, my glucose test is this week and she sched me for 11am, said nothing about fasting, gave me a paper saying what I could eat beforehand, and said it's usually an hour long. For some lucky reason, making time for this ONE appointment that i actually just hate (this test), was no big deal. Despite having to take my terminally ill MIL to another hospital for 4 hrs that day and an appt to get my windshield replaced, it was no big deal at all.

WELL. They called me today to tell me they actually need me to come in tmrw at 8am, dont eat after 8 tonight, oh. And it's going to take 3.5 hours. AND he thinks it's too likely that i have it to reschedule. 😠😭

I have a life, people! Making babies isn't the only thing i do. 😢😭
