Weight loss
So i was over weight before my pregnancy. (4'11 and was 170lbs)
Now im 8 months pregnant and plan on losing some weight when i have my daughter next month.
I want to get back down to like 125 or even 130.
If anyone has any tips or anything im all ears. Im getting a gym membership with my husband after next month so im really hopeful. Im usually pretty good with what i eat and drink i just dont have a lot of energy partially because im anemic. I heard losing weight after a baby isnt easy but I'd love to try. I want to be able to keep up with my daughter later on and not feel crappy.
Im considered "obese" 🙄
