So hears my birth story: I was up all night Thursday into Friday with contractions. They were not consistent at all. I had an appt at my obgyn office at 11 am and by then the contractions had stopped. She checked me and I was 5 cm dilated! So Friday night they got consistent so we went to the hospital at 11pm. I was admitted a little after 1 as I was 6 cm and 100% thinned.

We started pushing a little before noon today. I pushed and pushed until about 2. The doctor said she thinks she will have to use the vacuum or c section. She recommended c section as his head wasn’t out far enough to get him out. He has a huge head and could not pass past my pelvis. So we get into the c section and I couldn’t get numb with extra meds through the epidural. So I had to go under General anesthesia. He was born at 4:02 pm today. Weighing 7 lbs 12 oz 18 3/4 inches long! They said it was the quickest c section getting him out they ever did!!
