Insomnia and constipation
Insomnia: any home remedies for insomnia? I can’t fall asleep until round 11:00pm. I want up around 3:00am and am awake until 5:30am. I drag during the day because I don’t get much sleep.
Constipation: I get constipated. I eat apples, peaches, prunes, and drink prune juice, eat oatmeal, and sources with high fiber. I get really bad headaches from being so constipated. I’m allergic to meralax and dulace stool softeners. Any suggestions?
P.S. 17 days late for my period and am getting negative pregnancy tests and negative blood work.
