My SO and I are 100% committed to each other and know we are going to spend our lives together, but we aren’t married yet.

We are currently 8 weeks pregnant with our first baby, which we planned for and are so happy about.

We face-timed with my sister this evening and at the end of the chat she said ‘See you next week Sam’ and we hung up. Then I said ‘Did she say ‘see you next week?’’ And he said ‘no, I don’t know, maybe!’

I then covered up and said ‘She probably thinks you’re coming to Jack’s (my nephew) soccer game too.’ Because I didn’t want him to feel like I’m onto him. But I’m sure he has asked my sister to arrange a catch up with my dad so he can get his blessing.

We would both prefer to get married before we have kids but we weren’t expecting to fall pregnant so quickly. So I thought we might’ve missed our chance. But now I’m thinking we will get married pretty soon. 😆 I’m so excited. I won’t be able to wear the dress I wanted to wear and I’m a lot fatter than I’d like to be, but I don’t care because I finally get to marry the love of my life.
