Any advice on how to encourage forward crawling?

I need some help ladies! My little girl would rather sit up and be held standing than crawling. She was never a fan of tummy time..lol. But now when she is on her tummy she tries to push off her arms and will continuously push herself backwards till her legs get stuck somewhere. I’ve tried moving her legs for her and showing her to push off her feet and knees instead but she just gets so frustrated! 😭 Any advice on how to get her going in the right direction, literally, would be great!
