So I am a little over 4 weeks pregnant, and had some abdominal trauma. When I went to the bathroom this morning, I thought I saw what looked to be very light pink spotting when I wiped. I am not having cramping but I am scared that I am going to have a miscarriage. This early I know there wouldn’t be much that can be seen as far as in an ultrasound. I looked some stuff up and it said that abdominal trauma wouldn’t hurt the baby depending how hard, and where. Has anyone had experience with anything like this, or would you suggest I go to the ER?
