Guys. I am 100% miserable. I’d rather push both of my children out again than feel the pain I feel from this hemorrhoid right now. Contractions were a 10/10 pain... this is an 8/10. It is huge. Bigger than a grape but smaller than a golf ball (although not by much tbh)

What can I do? I don’t want to take my breastfeeding newborn to the ER so I can get some pain relief. I don’t think I can wait to get into an appointment somewhere later this week. I need some major help now. Hydrocodone isn’t even relieving the pain
