So I have a question. I am planning on bottle feeding as I don’t feel comfortable breast feeding.( This isn’t my first in fact its my fifth. And I have attempted to breast feed before) This time I am going to collect my colostrum before I give birth so that Bubs can receive it as her first feed. I have spoken with my midwife and we have discussed the collection and storage procedure so I am confident with that however just wondering if anyone else is planning on collecting their colostrum before birth and if so on average how much do you collect at a time?

Update: well seems to be getting better. After 3 attempts I gave managed to collect almost 6mls.
