My face is a total breakout...what to use?

So I never really had acne. I get the occasional pimples, but now its alot worse. I even have a patch that looks like a rash. I think I have combination skin. I get oily at my nose and chin. normally I use whatever face wash I want at Wal-Mart. Lately those face washes aren't helping and some are drying out my skin too much. How do you know what cleanser to use. I'm 13 weeks and 1 day btw.

Hormonal acne, use whatever you want, it isn’t going to help much. Mine started around 12 weeks, went away from 33-35 weeks and it’s still here 18 weeks after she was born.

I use Cetaphil from Walmart. Its amazing. I reccomend the one that says daily face cleanser on the bottle as opposed to the one that says it's good for face and body.. but both are still good

I just use a biore charcoal cleanser but I swear this works wonders on my skin. At target for less than $5

I started using First Aid Beauty and it either helped or my hormones calmed down 😂 cause my face clear now
