*Not a relationship post but mental illness can make relations hard so for all the wonderful ladies who struggle here’s some words for thought *
TAKE YOUR MEDICATION !!!
If it is proscribed then you need it. Don’t think you can fix mental illness on your own . Stop thinking you are week cause you need the medication you are strong for reaching out for it for speaking up and taking control of your mental health and saying hey I need help or hey I can’t do this anymore. I was 21 when I diagnosed with ocd and it has been a battle I tried to not need the medication I tried to do it on my own but I can’t and once I accepted that this is brain imbalance that it not something I can fix l began to treat it as one and I began to take me medication regularly and I understood that it was now just a daily part of my life. I hope this can help someone feel better about being on medication or maybe even give it a chance. You are all stronger then you believe continue to fight the good fight.
