So after the fiasco at the drop in on Friday, I went to a drop in today for another bp check. (It was down! So no more back and forth to hospital!)

So anyway, because they didn’t have it in my notes they rang my consultant who confirmed I could have a sweep. Result!

However they still want me to come in for this induction to speak to the doctor, but the midwife said they are aware I don’t want it so will assess me and see if I can go further with extra monitoring.

Also, I’m 2cm dilated. And my bishop score was 4. 30% effaced. Midwife said everything is quite favourable! If this sweep doesn’t work then I will get another one at a home visit on wednesday!
