Walmart and Target have little suits and dresses that do the trick and look cute. No one can tell where the clothes came from because they just love how cute the kiddos look!

If money is really tight,  places like Goodwill and the Salvation Army have lots of options and you could easily piece together an outfit there. 
If you have a bit more room in your budget a place like Ross,  or Marshalls will have great options for you. Look around a bit, you'd be surprised what you can find.
