What do u do for shortness of breath

Damn shortness of breath today cant do nothing. What do u do. Im 36 weeks.

I sit or lay with my arms above my head. It helps lift my ribs a bit and i can breathe way better! 39 weeks here 😩

Thank u for ur advice my husband said the same thing been trying still stuggling called doctor cuz its normally goes away.  They are having me come in for a stress test.  Between shortness of breath and the hicks contractions im struggling today just not going away today

I sit at a 45 degree angle and put my hands behind my head ,(kinda like I'm being arrested lol,l. The position seems to help a bit. Just take slow deep breaths.
