Labor term question!
Just left my 38wk apt and my ob has been checking up on my cervix each Monday since I was 36wks
Today she said I was 3-almost 4cm dilated, 80%effaced and -1....
What’s the -1?
I know about dilution and effacement but this is the first time she’s brought up this other number.
