How many feedings?

For any babies that are  EBF, how many feedings per day are they having? And how many weeks old are they?
We’ve gone down from 8 feedings a day to 7 for a few weeks now, but some days I think he would be content with 6. I usually end up feeding him on a schedule at night instead of waiting for hunger cues to get 7 feedings in. Just curious how many feedings other babies are having each day.

I don't follow anything or count anything. Nursing is so much more than just feeding. It's when they need comfort, when they are bored or overwhelmed. Or maybe they just need to check in that you're there. 😂

Our sleeps through the night from 7-12 hours. During the day can eat around 7 times. I honestly stopped counting always and just feed on cue. Our little one is quite large lol.

12 weeks old ... nurses every 2-3 hrs during the day ... then every 45 min from 6-8pm ... then sleeps 10-12 hrs straight :)

We feed on demand. Usually 10x a day, whenever she wants! It’s always different 😅

He usually eats every 2-2.5 hours during the day, and usually once or twice at night, so anywhere from 8-12 feedings! 🤭

I feel like 12/13 weeks my baby started nursing less often..? Idk how many times but I think she can go almost 4 hours between feedings during the day now

About 10 times & she’s 10 weeks.  She usually eats every 2 hours.  At night, she has 2 3 hour stretches.

I feed 8-10x a day, upon demand. My son is 9 weeks old and recently he feeds more quickly and even skips some feeding sessions.

Roughly ever 3-3.5 hours! Honestly I don’t have a schedule but at night only once
