Std or what?

I have this painless small bump on the inside of my lower lip. Like in my mouth. It's not really any color. It just looks like the rest of my mouth, just a little raised. I think it's gotten a tiny bit bigger. I don't know what it is. I fear either mouth cancer or syphilis or any kind of std really. and i'm terrified and I don't know what to do. I mean I do, but I have to wait until next week to make a doctors appointment. Please please please give me input.
