Jelly substance

So, I'm not very sure what's going on. Yesterday I had very little brown discharge. This morning when I woke up to pee, I had a little blood, so I figured period. I had god awful cramps earlier and I threw up. Was out for a few hours, checked my pad when I got home, and it was like a dime size old glop of clear/bloody discharge. What is going on??
