Am I sick or just really pregnant?

I have a really scratchy throat since yesterday night and today I felt the biggest hot flash of my life along with dizziness and just over all fogginess and extreme tiredness. I had to work today and all day I was just in the biggest daze. I’m scared I’m coming down with something or am I just experiencing third trimester symptoms. I’m a little under 7 weeks until my due date. I’m scared I’m getting sick 😭 my baby shower is Saturday and I really need the energy but I’m totally down!!! Help!
