8 weeks

All of a sudden today since I woke up I have felt like ima pass out. I was puking all morning but haven’t since and still feel like ima pass out I have my first appointment tomorrow other wise I would have went to hospital. This is my 3 rd pregnancy and I never felt like this before even with puking all day everyday Intill 28 weeks with my first... anyone els experience this what was it? Was it normal or should I be worried?
