I want a tattoo between my boobs but...

People say it doesn’t look good on girls who don’t have big boobs and well I don’t have big boobs. I feel as if it’s not going to look good as it does on the big breasted women 😥 what’s everyone’s opinion? I need help in deciding if I’ll do in that part of my body
