Gender reveal or no reveal?

FTM, anatomy scan at the end of August, my boyfriend and both of our moms are coming. I can’t decide if I want to do a reveal or us just find out at the US and then tell the rest of the family (I’m not too stoked about his mom being there with us). When I say reveal I mean only the person throwing the reveal party knows the gender and revealing to us and our family; however, our “family” is my moms side, dads side, step dads side, his moms side, dads side, step dads side and obviously my divorced parents don’t get along and same with his. But, I’m in the same situation with my baby shower and everyone thinks it will be fine, except me.
