Background:

I’m now a SAHM, DH is a Firefighter. I was diagnosed with PCOS almost 10 years ago. Managed to get my cycles on track, fix my thyroid, and have a successful pregnancy in 2015.

It’s 4 years later, during these years, my PCOS symptoms have been VERY mild. Its crazy. Very few cysts. Cycles have been pretty regular now. DH and i have been TTC for the last few months (without the use of Metformin) and he’s on duty every single time I’m Ovulating. 😑 is there a mathematical equation I’m missing here?! 😂🙈

So we BD the days he’s off leading up to Ovulation day during fertile week . Am i getting anywhere by BD the days leading up to but not on the Day of O?

I feel so silly not knowing the science be hind this 😂🙈
